Permanent positions

Senior Program Manager

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Accompany clients (C-levels and their direct reports) in their business and IT transformation journey, with a methodological, technological and practical contribution to projects
  • Analyze existing processes/IT landscape and provide recommendations
  • Define IT roadmaps to support clients’ business strategy
  • Design and set up Program Management structures for a new Program
  • Implement a Program Recovery for a failing Program
  • Empower client Project Managers with method, tools and best practices

EXPERIENCE

  • 12 to 15-year experience in IT or business transformation Consulting
  • At least 3 successful experience (~5 years) as Program Manager of major international transformation programs, with an ERP backbone
  • Multiple experience as Project Manager
  • Familiar with Innovation topics (IOT, Analytics, RPA, AI, etc)
  • Hands on ERP experience
  • Accustomed to C-level relationships
  • Expert in at least 1 of the following industries: bank, (re)insurance, retail
  • A PMP or PRINCE2 certification would be a plus

Senior Project Manager

 RESPONSIBILITIES

  •  Accompany clients Program Manager in the preparation and execution of their business and IT transformation programs
  • Implement a Project Management organization on 1 or several projects (governance, reporting, planning, risk management, monitoring, etc)
  • Deliver Projects with a commitment on planning, scope, quality and cost
  • Implement and propagate best practices within the client organization

EXPERIENCE

  • 8 to 12-year experience in IT or business transformation Consulting
  • At least 3 successful experience (~5 years) as Project Manager of international transformation projects, with an ERP backbone
  • Familiar with Innovation topics (IOT, Analytics, RPA, AI, etc)
  • Hands on ERP experience
  • Expert in at least 1 of the following industries: bank, (re)insurance, retail
  • A PMP or PRINCE2 certification would be a plus
